Naseem Almulla is a Saudi Arabian healthcare leader and international speaker with 20 years of experience in quality improvement, organizational excellence, patient experience, and outcomes. Naseem holds a BSC in Health Promotion, an MSc in Medical Education, and a Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management, as well as CPHQ designation. She has Fellowship in person-centered care, CPXP certification, INSEAD and International Hospital Federation Certificates, and Value-Based Healthcare certification from ICHOM Education. Naseem works at the Council of Health Insurance as a Director of Outcomes Measurement. And currently she is taking the lead on key projects such as Patient Reported Outcomes Measures and Person-Centered Care Capacity Building in partnership with the sector and well-known international bodies
