Refund Policy (Tickets)
All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancelable. This includes no-shows, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel or visa issues, and duplicate purchases.

Event cancellation or major changes
● If the event is canceled, you will receive either (a) a full refund of the face value of the ticket, or (b) credit for an equal value for a future edition (at our discretion).
● If the event is rescheduled (date change) or the venue changes to a significantly different location, your original ticket remains valid for the new date/venue. If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to another person (see below). Refunds are not guaranteed for reschedules.

Name changes / transfers
● Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event, subject to an admin fee. No transfers within the last 7 days.

Fees and taxes
● Processing/merchant fees, service charges, and VAT are non-refundable except where a full refund is mandated by law due to cancellation.

Fraud & chargebacks
● Unauthorized resale, fraud, or chargebacks may lead to ticket invalidation without refund. Disputed payments may be pursued under applicable law.

Changes to policy
● We may update this policy at any time; the version in effect at purchase applies.
