Salman Alfawzan is the Chief Executive Officer of ReTech Reinsurance Brokers, the first and only licensed InsurTech reinsurance broker in Saudi Arabia. With over a decade of experience in reinsurance, he has held leadership roles at Saudi Re, Allianz, and MEDGULF. He serves as Chairman of the Reinsurance Brokers Committee within the Saudi insurance sector. Salman holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with minors in Accounting and Economics from the American University of Sharjah. Under his leadership, ReTech has become recognized globally for advancing digital transformation in the reinsurance space.
