Othman Alkassabi is the Chief Executive Officer of Tawuniya and chairs three subsidiaries’ boards. He also serves on several boards and advisory councils. With nearly twenty years of experience, he previously held key roles including CEO of Tawuniya’s Health and Life Sector, Executive Director of Enablement and Oversight, and Spokesperson for the Council of Health Insurance. Since his appointment, Alkassabi has driven Tawuniya’s strategic growth and digital transformation, introducing new technologies and enhancing customer-focused services in line with Saudi Vision 2030. His leadership strengthened the company’s market position and nearly tripled its earnings per share. He holds a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from King Saud University, an MBA from Hochschule Furtwangen University in Germany, and an Executive MBA from Al Yamamah University. He is pursuing a PhD at Vrije Universiteit Brussels. Beyond work, he remains active as a physiotherapist at MENA Clinics and supports charities, including the Zahra Breast Cancer Association.
